  If you are buying or selling a home or commercial property we encourage you to contact a certified licensed home inspector. Some of the properties built during the recent boom have been the result of rushed construction and some have been supervised by inexperienced management. Add that to the large number of homes that have been "flipped" and or sat empty for several months more longer.  Now is not the time to contract with an inexperienced, rushed inspector or skip an inspection all together.
